Barrett Stover, M.S., CSCS

Barrett Stover received a Master’s of Sports Performance at Louisiana Tech University, where he assisted with baseball research and the strength and conditioning program for the baseball team. After a baseball career at South Carolina-Upstate, his passion for sports is now fulfilled by helping athletes achieve their full potential. Barrett, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), has a diverse background having worked with athletes from the high school level to the professional level. 
Barrett spent 4 years as the Assistant Director of Sports Performance at The Florida Institute of Performance in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida under David Donatucci. During his time at FIP, Barrett was fortunate to have worked with athletes of all levels, including Daniel Berger, Michelle Wie, Stacy Lewis, and Peter Uihlein. 
Barrett is now fulfilling his secondary dream of opening a sports performance training facility, Revolution Sports Performance, with the goal of helping each athlete reach their full potential in their sport.
Since opening Revolution Sports Performance in August 2017, Barrett and his staff have had the privilege to work with hundreds of athletes, including Brooks Koepka, Shane Greene, Brad Miller, and Jesse Winker.


Tyler Behling, B.S., CSCS

Tyler grew up in southeastern Wisconsin, where he played football, baseball, and ran track.  He attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where he majored in Health and Human Performance and played football for the Pioneers. After graduating, he completed an internship at Nx Level in Waukesha, Wisconsin. He was then hired as Director of Sports Performance at Apex Athletic Performance. During his time at Apex Athletic Performance, he served as the Strength and Conditioning coach for the Gillette Wild junior hockey team, Gillette College men's and women's Basketball and Soccer teams. 
Since joining RSP in August, 2019, Tyler has been an integral part of the staff. Tyler currently oversees the speed development at RSP, along with contributing to the daily evaluation and training of all of our athletes.

 

 

Garret Harder,

Garret grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and played both basketball and baseball. He attended Calvin College, where he studied Exercise Science and played baseball for the Knights. After college, he started his training career at Fit Body Bootcamp as a fitness instructor in Wyoming, MI. He then served as the Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at a nonprofit organization he founded, Hoop Heaven Basketball Academy. There, Garret worked with high school and collegiate basketball players, and he led community outreach initiatives through food drives and after-school basketball programs for the community.

When not training athletes, Garret can be found playing video games, sharing his testimony at Illuminate Church, training, and spending time with his wife Kayla at the pool.


 

Tyler Keysor, Director of Throwing

Tyler was raised in Windermere, FL and began playing travel baseball in the Orlando area at the age of 8. After graduating from Olympia High School, Tyler attended Eastern Florida State College (EFSC) where he was a conference leader in several pitching categories. His strong performance at EFSC resulted in him landing the number 4 spot on the 2018 MLB Draft Junior College Prospect list. Following a successful summer showing playing for the Wareham Gatemen of the Cape Cod Baseball League, Tyler continued his collegiate playing career at the University of Miami. Following his junior season, Tyler was selected by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2019 Draft, but he ultimately decided to return to Miami for his senior year. Tyler graduated from Miami with a degree in Kinesiology and signed a free agent deal with the Cincinnati Reds following the Covid shortened 2020 Draft.

In 2022, Tyler completed an internship at Cressey Sports Performance where he worked with many professional baseball players. During this time he was able to get hands-on experience writing throwing programs, using Motion Capture technology as well as Trackman data for in-depth pitch design sessions.  Tyler looks forward to continuing his coaching career at Revolution Sports Performance where will assist athletes in achieving their goals of playing at the next level.
